Going on a corporate retreat to plan our 2007 Company mission. I need to come up with a team building excerise. Any ideas for approx 8 people????

What are some good team building exercises for work?
My group is small, only 12 people. We already posted our baby/kid pictures and we had to match who everyone was, it was fun. We just did “2 truths, 1 lie” and had to figure out who it was and which one was the lie. That was fun too. any ideas?
I should have specified that I need activities that can take place at work during working hours….thanks!

What is a creative, fun, and athletically challenging team building game using water bottles (empty or full)?
I have a small group of about ten people I want to put together work out exercises using water bottles. I also would like ideas for team building exercises. I really want them to break a sweat with these bottles in a creative way. Anyone have a great idea/ideas?
